The Check Register files contain payment information only. All backup data such as invoices, expense vouchers, etc. is filed in various locations and must be retrieved to answer specific questions. Therefore, we have set up a category on the "Citizens Service Request" (QAlert) section on the home page titled "Finance Questions". If you have a question or questions please open a ticket providing as much specific information as possible. Your question(s) will be routed to the correct staff member and answers will be provided via email as soon as the research is completed.
